Founded in 1945
This cooperative is placed in Méntrida's locality, placed in a wine zone to the north of the province of Toledo, bordering on the province of Madrid.
The area dedicated nowadays to the culture of the grapevine is 13.022 hectares.
From his creation to our days, the winery has been modernizing and realizing diverse modifications that her have allowed to support a technological acceptable level.
In the year 1992 there was attacked a project of installation of a plant of bottling integrated the same winery, and this way one began to commercialize part of the production under the own brands of the cooperative (Vega Berciana).
From this date, systems of refrigeration have been joining in winery, to improve the quality of red wines and pink. Also it possesses casks of American oak, where they remain the wines of Upbringing.
