The new project of the family Morey-Garau, and of the company Antonio Nadal, S.A. (wineries Tunel) he is named " Celler Tianna Negre ". The owner, Ms Antonia Garau, always had had a small vineyard in Consell's municipal area, a vineyard of more than 25 years, the whole exchequer. With the time, her and other members of the family, all The Binissalem's proceeding ones, had unfounded hopes in spite of being able to construct a winery to elaborate his own wines, and that were distributed by his own distributor, very specialized in wines of the whole Spain. The idea was gathering strength up to turning actually and this way there was born the " Celler Tianna Negre ".

During the last ten years other areas would add up to coming to approximately 20 Hectares of area, there are approximately 3 Hectares of olive trees and approximately 10 Hectares of vineyard sowed in property, where the stained varieties Black Mantle, Callet, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon coexist with the white Prensal and a bit of Frontignan's Muscatel.

The project and the direction of the work of the winery have been realized by Morlà i Morey Arquitectes (morlamorey@arquired.es - Toni Morlà y Xisca Morey), I do business of architecture located in the same people of Binissalem. The result, after many visits to different wineries of the whole Spain, is a powerful and spectacular building, of an alone plant (but with 3 levels), incorporated into the texture of the landscape across the stone (limestone proceeding Binissalem's, in great black-backed gulls of steel and the steel Cut (rusty steel). The " Celler Tianna Negre " is a clear sample of the respect between the functionality and design. The facilities are planned to obtain a maximum functionality with a design current and integrated to the environment. All the ceilings of the different rooms are of wood laminated, combined with the grey of the cement in the vertical paraments, it is seen concrete or cement - wood panel. In the exterior, a wall of stuffed great black-backed gulls of steel of stone they delimit the complex, in which the different volumes correspond to the different functions, which finished ones understand the seen concrete, the steel Cut, the stainless steel and glazed surfaces.
