Bonet & Cabestany is a family business based in the heart of the Alt Penedès, specifically in Sant Sadurní of Anoia, also known as the Capital of Cava by over eighty businesses that make this sparkling wine. The climate is particularly suitable for the breeding of cava.
Wisely respecting tradition and knowledge accumulated over three generations, as well as being familiar with the art of making champagne, and highly conscious of the privileged position of its vineyards, while remaining open to new technologies and innovations, dedicated scale manufacture of champagne and wine, and particularly to the development of its unique and renowned champagne brut nature.
The long, deep sleep in our cellar, in the center of Sant Sadurní of Anoia, with absolute silence, in the strictest penumbra, at low temperature and humidity are constantly controlled, refined smoothness of their cellars, giving them a personality unique and wonderful, that conveys to consumers of Cavas Bonet & Cabestany his passion for the development of this sparkling wine so special.
