The wine tradition of the family Burgos Porta goes back at the beginning of the 19th century, overcoming crisis as that of the years 70-80 of ends of the past millenium where Salvador Burgos I manage to preside at Poboleda's cooperative. At present the company Burgos - carries formed by Salvador Burgos, Marta Porta and his daughters I form in 2003 in order to elaborate natural and ecological wines of quality in 15 hectares of vineyards that surround the Farmhouse Mas Sinén (S. The XVIIth).
The vineyards estan planted on terraces of licorella (slate typical of the Priorat) to an altitude that ranges between 300 and 500 meters, with young vineyards and of up to 50 years under the direction Toni Coca's Enológica. The traditional methods coexist with the most modern technology for the production of wines controlled by the CCPAE (Catalan Advice of the Agrarian and Ecological Production). The sustainable growth of the winery leads to selling great part of the production to other makers, in order not to lose the wished quality coming as I target in a few years to producing 25000 bottles increasing in the same way the number of different wines
