Flaming project born in the year 2007 stimulated by three partners: Benito Otero, Jose Luis Gonzalez Nava and Grégory Perez. The company possesses 13 hectares of old vineyard and a typical Winery in Pajares de los Oteros.
The vineyards are placed in the same plot of stony area, to approximately 1000 meters of altitude, with very scanty rains, thanks to which the grape hoards a great aromatic potential. Since it could not be of another form in this zone, the emblem of The Silvera is the autochthonous variety blackish pointed, with that it elaborates the pink one according to the traditional technology of the madreo (that consists of fermenting the entire clusters), and this young red wine aged for 3 months in casks.
