The winery is located in the hamlet of Pieros. Its architecture, integrated into the landscape, is based on the construction of a typical village in the area and is located in a privileged witness to the passage of pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. Its facilities are still functional and improved traditional techniques to ensure greater respect for the processes.
