The Winery El Valle just person is placed to 700 meters on the level of the sea, in the zone named The Perdoma, in the heart of the Valley of The Orotava, Tenerife.

Our modern facilities enjoy a few privileged sights and an own emplacement to favor the conservation delos wines all the year round. Our Winery possesses all the technological necessary advances to combine the most modern ténicas enológicas, the traditional Canary methods of production.

The vintage is begun at the beginning of September and gets longer, in some occasions, up to the last weeks of October. After one take care of production with demanding quality controls, some of our wines are aged in casks of oak allier and American oak. In Winery El Valle, we treat the grapes to be able to obtain a few wines at a height of the requirements of the current market. An elvado index of relative dampness, the existence of two caps in the trade one determining the formation of estratocúmulos with constant cloudiness (paunch of donkey), and the original composition of the lands of the Valley of the Orotava, they give to his wines a palate and special aromas obtaining distinguished wines of quality. Our grapevines are cultivated by the traditional method called cord. Of this form there are obtained grapes of the highest quality.

This system does that they take advantage to the maximum of the orographical and climatological conditions of the zone, communicating to the grapes a correct ripeness. The region is characterized for producing suitable grapes to elaborate white wines fresh and fruity, pink young women of elegant red tones and stained very typical young persons thanks to his aromas and gustatory balance.
