Founded in 1942
The history of wineries Pinord goes back to the first half of the 19th century, when in his Sant Cugat's homestead Sesgarrigues, the family Teats began to elaborate white and stained wines. In 1942, Jose Maria Tetas created the current winery, being an inheritor of the traditional familiar methods, growing from his opening and turning nowadays into one of the most renowned elaborating wineries of the whole country. Since then, year after year and generation after generation, the familiar vineyards have been growing, and the name of the family has united to that of the wine of the Penedès of an inseparable form. In these moments Pinord it possesses facilities of last technology, but preserving always the stamp of familiar production.
Wines and exquisite Champaigns that have obtained diverse prizes and reward so much in the national as international area.
