Bodegas Pegalaz are located next to Santa Eulalia de Gallego, in the Hoya de Huesca and within denomination Vinos de la Tierra Ribera del Gállego Cinco Villas.

Jorge Senar is the soul of Bodegas Pegalaz. The patriarch of the family has seen their dreams come true: the building that houses the winery is almost finished and the company involved his two daughters, Anabel and Victoria, and their sons, Jose Alberto and Javier, besides Jesus Carlos and Magdalena, also with family ties. They form a pineapple to get the project. The Pegalaz Vineyards surround the winery, a building that is partially buried on a hill in a special enclave of prepirineo Aragon. The inner journey through its halls and wine tasting rooms and meeting ends at the roof of the building from where you can admire the unique landscape of prepirineo Aragon, in the Kingdom of the Mallos.

The building of the winery, is a balance between building and environment. Their integration into the ground, half buried on a hill, allowing the grapes to reach deposits by gravity. A very controlled scale project, a small production, harvest in small boxes, small fermentation tanks and a quiet and controlled breeding, is the basis and rationale Firé wine, made from three varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo.

Inside the building, patios and gardens surrounding vegetation absorb into the controlling levels of lighting and ventilation while allowing visually connect with each other all the rooms, drawing rooms and tasting rooms and meetings. All this in a special and unique natural environment that welcomes this winery.
