Founded in 1995 as small familiar Winery, the building possesses a ship for the production and stored of wines, the upbringing being realized in cask in another underground ship. The grapes come from 7 hectares of own vineyards, being the capacity of the Winery of 50.000 liters.
Nowadays he has 85 casks. It is significant and a characteristic of this Winery the ecological culture of the vineyards, endorsed with the corresponding official certification. There are elaborated two types of stained young wine that they spend in a short period of upbringing in cask and bottle. It is bottled by the brand "Fidelium".
