The vineyard is the soul of Larrainzar's Pago and the care of the vineyard, his raison d'être. On this premise, it initiated his steps in 1996, on initiative of the family Canalejo Lasarte. 15 hectares of the property, placed about the Winery, spread on stones and singings, clay and sand, to 575 meters of altitude, in an adjacent estate to Irache's Monastery. The technical direction is at the expense of the prestigious enologist Ignacio de Michael. The visitor can discover in Larrainzar's Pago an experimental vineyard with different systems of conduction and pruning.
