Founded in 2002
The philosophy of Winery Marques de Montecierzo is based in elaborating exclusively grapes proceeding from his estate of 22 placed hectares in Castejón. His owner is the family Luxuriant Dealer in honey, who possesses a long path in the world of the wine and of the viticulture. Of this form, and on line with the above mentioned strategy, the Winery can control the whole process of production from the same culture, where the sustainable agriculture is practised.
Winery located inside the ancient flour one of beginning of 20th century that was used also as jail during the Spanish Civil war. His building has been catalogued inside the local heritage.
At present it commercializes two wines under the "Emergent" brand, both elaborated with tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon and merlot.
