Year 1931: Only the romanticism of an adventurous young person like Jose Luís Ferrer Can explain the idea of starting a new winery in Majorca.

For many Majorcans and not foreign few ones, the wineries Jose L. Ferrer and Red Band, his brand emblem, are synonymous of prestige and quality. The current recognition is not a fruit of the chance, but of the firm bet for the quality and the innovation, without forgetting the roots and the tradition ever, of these wineries that go at the top.

Of the epoch of the founder up to today the winery has lost not even a gram of tipicidad and genuineness in the expositions, but it has managed to improve to a great extent the final result. A few advanced facilities that combine the better of the modern technologies and the traditional ones and, especially, to live through the wine as a passion that is transmitted almost genetically, from generation to generation, have taken as a reward the recognition of the autochthonous market and enclosedly of out of our borders.

Centuries of tradition of the whole land and the whole passion and the effort of a family it is the one that exists after Jose L. Ferrer's name. Light and magic, landscape and peasantry, culture and ingenuity, soul and land, grape and valor done wine, this is, in essence, which gets uncovered with each of the bottles that go out of this winery.
