Javier García and Laura Burgos, vine-growers of long tradition decide to give a draft in his exploitation and to do his own Winery, taking advantage of the vineyards and the estates that it does generations belong to his families, in a people with great wine tradition and in an estate: La Cantera de Santa Ana, in the heart of the so called 'Monte de las Viñas'.
The Winery, of very limited productions, looks for wines with differentiated personality, for what one gives a lot of importance to the viticulture with an exhaustive control of productions.
