Of Cabernet Sauvignon's vineyard in Dekesa of the Carrizal, the first wine project of the Mounts of Toledo. These first ones 8 it has. There have turned 28 hectares, where, together with the Cabernet Sauvignon, there grow Syrah, Merlot, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot and Chardonnay, all cultivated concerning his winery, and that in the year 2.006 have been recognized by an own D.O. of Payment.
The vinificación, upbringing and bottling is realized in the own estate, in a winery constructed in 1.999 together with the vineyard.
