Wineries Valdemar it is a family enterprise which origins date back of 1889. Jesus Martínez Bujanda, owner of the same one, began to construct it in 1982. His modern facilities and his innovative methods in the production of his wines were from his beginning his signs of identity.

It was one of the Europa's first Wineries with control of temperatures in the Wineries of fermentation.
