Founded in 2003
In early 1998, following the group's expansion policy, decide to take a new winery project. This toured several wine regions in Spain. After ruling out many farms in different regions, found Finca Antigua.
Located between the provinces of Cuenca and Toledo, in the best area of OJ La Mancha, is named after the ancient vines that had this property at the time of acquisition. The exceptional, is the hallmark of the winery, as each plot is for the manufacture of a different wine, ensuring a unique and inimitable taste. The sum of its high altitude (900 meters) and their loam soil with high calcium carbonate content and low in organic matter, are the perfect mix for fruit ripening and taste their wines.
Inaugurated in March 2003, this farm has 1,000 acres with 421 acres of vineyards with varieties such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Viura and Moscatel among others. It is the perfect platform to unleash the imagination and creativity with plantations and subdivisions of national and international varieties.
We have built a winery entirely consistent with the style of wines we produce. It is a perfect example of modern architecture and efficient. Inside we find the latest technological innovations, but always respecting the mime artisanal wine production. Steel, cement and stone are the materials used to design a spectacular building comprising three large boxes, which contrast with the coolness of the water basin that holds Finca Antigua.
