Founded in 1996

Celler del Roure is born in 1996 as a familiar small enterprise with the illusion of elaborating guard's big stained wines. To carry out this project approximately 25 hectares of vineyard have gone away reached on Moixent and the construction of a Winery is foreseen prepared to elaborate anually approximately 200.000 kg of stained grape.

Depending on his better adjustment for the conditions of every plot it has been competed for lasvariedades It gave the orders (vinífera traditional of this zone, today almost missing), Monastrell, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

Several assemblies are realized by the wines of every add looking for the harmony and the personality of both wines that Celler del Roure launches onto the market with the brands Maduresa and They Alcusses. Celler of the Roure collaborates with several departments of the Technical University of Valencia following different lines of investigation, both in the managing of the vineyard and in the processes of production and upbringing. The Winery initiates his activity with the crop of the year 2000, elaborating approximately 60.000 kg of grape dyes of 5 varieties in 9 fermentations.
