Murchante has been a witness of a flourishing production of qualit wine along his recent history. Precisely the high price that was paid for the wines supposed the starter for Murchante's expansion and this way, in 1958, Campos de Enanzo were created, in order to be able to defend the interests of the local producers of wine. With the time it has managed to be raised in a pioneering cooperative. At present, it is one of the biggest Wineries of Navarre, with an annual production of 6.000.000 of liters.
