Founded in 1995
The vine-grower Juan Ramon Ollo Aristu created in 1995 a small Winery, motivated by the zeal to see his maximum illusions fulfilled: to elaborate a qualit wine departing from his vineyards.
Today per today he has 30 hectares of vineyard, in which the ecological viticulture is practised. It is located in Lumbier's locality, Low Mountain, and perpetúa the producing familiar tradition, with elegant wines under the baton of the enologist Patxi Moriones. It possesses also a singular "Economic restaurant" where there offers a menu of season, elaborated with ecological traditional products.
