Primero vino de la trilogía llamada "VM" que está compuesta por 3 vinos mencias monovarietales con distintos tipo de contacto con madera. En el primer caso se quería un vino joven pero redondeado al máximo, para que la madera solo estuviese presente en forma de matices golosos, y no en forma de "roble". Crianza en barrica 4 meses en foudre de roble francés (tostados medio).

Una historia muy graciosa: tenían una idea muy clara para este vino; básicamente una barrica muy fina y notas de fruta negra pero fresca. El día del coupatge final, el bodeguero portugués se equivocó en las medidas que le habían dado y... voila! Un vino frutal fino y elegante. Cerrando la trilogía... Crianza en barrica 10 meses en roble francés (tostado bajo).
