With an average capacity of 12.000 liters and lifting this year with the D.O., the Winery La Haya located in Calzadilla, the zone Casa de Higa, in the Realejos he bets for the autochthonous varieties since they are list white for the production of his broths but of equal form it stamps a foreign spirit on having had cultivated varieties as driveling black and Castilian. The excellent quality of his wines there meets identified with the participation in the regional contest of white wines Manuel Grillo Oliva of the Valley of The Orotava where in 2005 it obtained the second prize and where in the previous years always finalist has managed to enter the picture.
