La Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri, former homestead of the Monastery of the Toloño, is a wine property placed in Labastida's municipality, in the Rioja Alavesa.
In 1968 the native of Guipuzcoa Jaime Rodríguez Salís, attracted by the captivation and beauty of the places of the Granja, initiates an exciting adventure enológica: it reconstructed what in his day was the property of the monks Jerónimos, renewing the vineyard with tempranillo and graciano selected in the zone.
On the ruin of the former monastic buildings, constructs the Wineries of the La Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri. There it is elaborated, raises and bottles the wine proceeding from the former vineyards of the Monastery.

Remelluri Reserva
RIOJA qualified Designation of Origin
Remelluri Reserva es un vino tinto elaborado con un coupage de Tempranillo, Garnacha y Graciano, Viura y Malvasia. Las uvas proceden de viñedos importantes de la propiedad situados en suelos de terrazas calizas pobres, de naturaleza arcillo-calcárea, con una roca madre que aflora por zonas. Estas terrazas están constituidas en su mayoría por areniscas y margas cuyo origen está en la era Cuaternaria. A las diferentes variedades se les aplica una viticultura tradicional, ecológica, con tratamientos biodinámicos. La vendimia comienza a principios de octubre y acaba a finales de octubre/principios de noviembre. Selección en campo y mesa. La fermentación se realiza con levaduras autóctonas. Este vino envejece durante 17 meses en barricas de diferentes orígenes y tamaños.
