The countess of theVega del Pozo could not have imagined better wine honoring when, in 1991, his Neogothic palace of the 19th century, situated in DIcastillo, turned into the headquarters of Wineries Palacio de la Vega.. The witness of the initiative, arisen from a group of anxious partners, was gathered four years later by the international Group Pernod Ricard, current owner. From 1991, Palace of the Vega controls 300 hectares of vineyards.
From his beginnings, the Winery has had a clear international vocation, cultivating a style and an image in his wines thought for all kinds of consumer.
