Respecting the beginning of the ecological agriculture, the varieties of robe are cultivated, cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo and syrah. The production for hectare places concerning 4.000 kilos.
The total capacity of the Winery, of handcrafted character, has his ceiling in 100.000 liters. The signature only commercializes the brand Mendiko that possesses the certification of Agrarian Ecological Production.
