Founded in 1998

Winery La Colegiada has 6 hectares of own vineyards and controls 24 hectares of centenary vineyards near to the winery. The variety of predominant grape is the tempranillo and also there are plantations of robe and albillo.

The Winery has a modern equipment and possesses a parquet of casks of French and AmeriCan oak that are in use for the aging of the wines of upbringing and reservation.

The enologist of winery La Colegiada one is Oscar Navarro, with extensive experience acquired in the Group wineries Arzuaga Navarro, where nowadays it continues developing his profession. Oscar Navarro studied enology in the School of The Grapevine and The Wine in Madrid, creating his first wine of the Bank of the Douro in the year 1992, under the guardianship of the recognized enologist Don Luis Diez Gamito.

In the year 1998, Oscar Navarro embarks in a new project with winery Become a member of association in the one that nowadays continues as enologist. Stands out his participation in the obtaining of the D.O. Arlanza, that I come in January, 2008, as well as the recognition for the wines I Dye Lerma and Lerma Selección.

The wines that winery produces La Colegiada are of modern cut, though they continue supporting the tradition of the region of the Arlanza and giving him many attention to the terroir. The result they are fruity wines with subtle touches of wood, soft assembled well tannins and great personality.
