Founded in 2003
In 2003, thanks to the joint action of his five founding partners, the Winery Castillo de Enériz opens his doors with the very clear ideas: to create a Winery, where I design, functionality and the respect for the essence of the wine coexist in perfect harmony. The great versatility of the signature comes from his vineyard placed in three of five zones of the D.O., with different orientations, soils and climates.
The key technologies of this project are a few facilities highly tecnificadas and a suitable distribution of the process of work.
