Guitian Fermentado en Barrica de Roble
Designation of Origin VALDEORRAS
La vendimia se hizo de forma manual en pequeñas cajas. Una vez en bodega la uva pasó por una cuidadosa selección. Para su elaboración el mosto fermenta con levaduras autóctonas en barricas de roble americano de Missouri. Finalizado este proceso el vino pasa una crianza de 6 meses en las mismas barricas con botonnage periódico. Por último, antes de su comercialización, el vino pasa otros 6 meses más de reposo en botella.
