Founded in 1991
During more than 400 years, the Perez of Bay has taken care of the familiar manor - Muruzábal's Palace-, constructed at the beginning of the 17th century on a few minor buildings destroyed in the conquest of the former Kingdom of Navarre. Gathering this way a legendary tradition, Adolfo Marino Perez of Bay, enologist formed in Bordeaux, and his sister Fanny, decided to plant 30 new hectares.
From the year 1991, the family I Marinade it decided to bottle his own wines. The signature differs for elaborating all his wines exclusively with the grapes produced by the same Winery.
