The facilities of the current winery, construída in the year 1982, rely on the most modern technology for the production of three wines monovarietales that it produces: a Mencía with all the virtues of the red wines of always of the region; the only Albariño in the Ribeira Sacra and an exceptional Godello.
In addition, this winery experiments, year after year, with different elaborations on both varieties, at the same time as it investigates, in his vineyards, the behaviors of other autochthonous varieties. His production is of approximately 200.000 Mencía's bottles and 22.000 of Albariño. Of the crop of the year 2000 there will go out to the market 15.000 bottles of a Mencía of upbringing.
