Harvester's traditional winery reformed that acquires managerial character in 1995 with an initial capacity of 25.000 liters. It has an important quantity of vineyard, divided in two zones: Alto da Peza, with 2.5 hectares, and Parada de Sobrado, with other 2.5 hectares. The intention of the winery is to investigate to elaborate wines plurivarietales that gather the better of the autochthonous varieties.
To control perfectly this process from the vineyard, this winery tries autoabastecerse of grapes proceeding from own vineyards and to be kept in not very high productions.
