Vin de Serpent ou Snake Wine

Le vin de serpent, aussi connu comme "sorgho" est une boisson alcoolisée produite par infusion serpents entiers dans du vin chinois. Il a été créé en Chine pendant la dynastie Zhou (771 avant JC), est considéré comme un remède important dans la médecine traditionnelle type de China.This du vin est l'un des attraits gastronomiques les plus importants du Vietnam, la Chine, la Thaïlande et le Laos.
