Climate

The vineyard of the zone protected by the D.D.O.O. spreads on flat areas or lightly wavy. In general, they are neutral soils or lightly basic, Francs and of average fertility, with zones of insuperable quality for the culture of the grapevine.

Types of wine

Young White wine Condado of Huelva. young, very pale Wines, of fruity aroma submitted in his production to a rigorous control of the temperature of fermentation, which in no case will be top to 20ºC.
White Wine of Condado of Huelva. Wines with alcoholic acquired graduation understood between 10% vol. and 14,5% vol., of traditional fermentation.
Traditional White Wine Condado of Huelva. Wines are County of Huelva submitted to a process of traditional aging, of one year.
Generous Wine Condado Pálido. pale Wine, of yellow, dry, slightly bitter, light and flagrant color to the palate, and with an alcoholic acquired graduation understood between 15% to 17% vol.
Generous Wine Condado Viejo. Wine from very much body, fully and velvet, aromaticly, dry or doomed (as for content in azúcares), of color amber, with alcoholic graduation understood between 15% and 22% vol.
Generous Wine of Liquor. wines of alcoholic graduation acquired, understood between 15% and 22% vol., providing that the volumetric total degree is not lower than 17,5% vol., and that will be submitted to minimal process of upbringing of two years and traditionally commercialized like "paledry", "medium", cream and pale cream. The generous wines will be submitted to process of minimal biological upbringing of three years or " in flower " in Condado Palido and oxaditiva or biological, or both in Condado Viejo.
