Viña Sol Torres Blanco
In 1962, the completion of studies in oenology, Miguel A. Torres wanted to bring new knowledge to the family. So in a small winery in the mountains of Penedès, first fermented Parellada grapes at low temperature to achieve a fresh and aromatic wine: just born the first "Viña Sol".

Palais mou, avec une structure acide bien, ampoulé et équilibrée. Faits saillants des notes fruitées (pomme verte et ananas mûr) qui s'étendent dans une touche d'épices (fenouil) très agréable.
