To produce this wine esmeradisima performed a selection of our most ancient of our strains. Annual production is 5,000 bottles. Decant and serve in large glass that well oxygenated. Ageing: 14 months in barrels of French and American oak that are replaced every 3 years and 18 months in bottle before release.
