Opera Prima Chardonnay
To obtain this white wine, Chardonnay grapes are selected prior to entering the winery. The must is obtained without pressure after a cold soak at 10 ° C. in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel containers at 78 ° C. temperature. Once fermentation, the wine is racked to separate it from the lees, it is corrected and stabilized to retain freshness until bottling.
