Faustino I Gran Reserva 75 Aniversario
A tribute to our President Julio Faustino Martinez. The varieties used in its preparation are Tempranillo Cuesta Clara by 92% and Graciano of Rad 8% in small productions around 3,500 kilos / ha. Doing a little history of this wine, I must say that the grapes were harvested in the first week of October and remained fermenting tank about 21 days later going to barrel where malolactic fermentation was carried out. Remained below 11 months in barrel specifically American Oak 2nd year and 14 months in new French oak with 4 intermediate racking, and bottled later.

Wine Color:
The tasting features a deep cherry red color with hints of garnet. Layer half high. Clean and bright.
Wine Aroma:
The years aging of this wine, both in cask and in bottle have served to build a nose with a heavy aromatic with a variety of hues: balsamic, spicy, leather and souvenirs of ripe fruit.
Wine Taste:
The palate is fresh, powerful and rounded. With a complex and elegant tannic expression. The aftertaste is wide, long and persistent.
