Aradon Crianza
Born from the best grapes selected from vineyards over 40 years, with low yields. Once the optimum moment is harvested and destemmed grapes encuba, undergoing a cold maceration. Subsequently alcoholic fermentation takes place at temperatures not exceeding 28 º C with gentle pumping that allow us to extract the elegant aromas characteristic of the area. Each variety is vinified separately to get their best qualities. Once the malolactic fermentation the wine was decanted and the blend is made later to stand for at least 12 months in American oak barrels.
