Founded in 1966
Dedicated to the culture of the grapevine and to the world of the wine from 1885, Vins Grau, S.L. is today one of them scanty wineries that elaborate wines of the DO Pla de Bages, created only three years ago.
Nowadays, the fourth generation of the family Grau has joined a company which wineries were constructed for D. Jaume Grau Grau in 1966. In them, there are elaborated the wines that, with the brands Jaume Grau Grau and Vinya Maians Vell, constitute the elegant and excellent offer of the company.
The philosophy of Vins Grau's work is based in achieving an absolute control of all the processes, bringing together to the perfection the traditional methods with the most modern technologies of vinificación.
For it, the persons in charge of the winery put a special conscientiousness in the processes of aging that, close to the quality of the grape, is the key for the obtaining of a qualit wine.
