We give a special interest to the old vineyards of autochthonous varieties: Muscatel of Alexandria, Monastrell and It Turned for his aromatic and mineral wealth and his perfect acclimatization that makes them inimitable. Old vineyards that for centuries have coexisted with the man in the From Alicante Mountain and that constitute a historical exchequer.
Also we promote the new plantations of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Shiraz that have demonstrated an excellent adjustment to the limy semiarid lands of the From Alicante Mountain.Own vineyard of varieties Shiraz, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Turned and Monastrell; and plots of experimental vineyard. Special care of old vineyards (more than 30 years) of autochthonous varieties and utilization of autochthonous yeasts. Follow-up of the vineyard for our equipment of enologists with strict control of the load for vine-stock. System of incentives to farmers based on qualit criteria that propitiate the sustainable agriculture.
