Vicente Domínguez Sansilvestre initiates his activity as butler in 1992 with a wine Albariño elaborated to 100 % with grape Albariño having from a beginning clear his bet as the quality. The exhaustive selection of the best grape was the best guarantee for the creation of a wine, which he was wishing, it was of indisputable quality.
Later in the year 2000, already with his current name ADEGA DOSAN, it receives the distinction of the Exmo. Sanxenxo's town hall and it is selected to accompany to the best seafood and products of the land in the food offered to S. M. the King of Spain in his visit to Ons's Island (Laugh at Pontevedra) in August of the mentioned year.
The annual production of Wine Albariño ADEGA DOSAN ranges between 15.000 and 20.000 bottles, according to the crop and quality of the grape in every season. We think that with these quantities we are capable of controlling the whole careful selective process of the grape Albariño that our estates produce, realized directly by our winery.
At present we continue spoiling and investigating the evolution of our wines in order to offer, he harvests after crop, the best product and to satisfy the most demanding palates.
