The famous businessman of hotel and catering business arandino Martiniano Palomero, after several incursions in the world of the wine, escapes in solitarily and founds the Winery Uvaguilera in 1998. Ten hectares - the half, of old vineyards and another half with 20 years of espalier - it is the best foundation for his two fellings departed from stained wine, a part of they destined to the export. 200 new casks of French oak guarantee the upbringing of his red wines of grape tempranillo.
