Our Winery, Unión Vinícola del Este, is born in the year 2007 with a determined bet for the quality. It is for it, which uses the last technologies to elaborate his Wine-cellars. Looking, at all time, for the maximum respect to the grape from which it comes to elaborate his frothy wines for the traditional method.
The winters of our land are cold and very long, managing to reach in occasions up to 15 º under zero. In contrast with our short summers; of warm and dry days and fresh nights, another feature more of the mentioned continentalidad, due to the entry of east wind, which begins to blow to half of the evening up to entered well the night.
And it is thanks to this climate, geographical situation, rural soils and on having been able to play the role of his peoples who produce to themselves white grapes of unsurpassable quality, preserving his subtle berries and complex aromas that enclose the essences of the Valencian people.
