In to pass of 27 years that it takes working the winery has evolved and grown together with BIALTXA in his beginning and later in the C.R.D.O. BIZKAIKO TXAKOLINA from his foundation; up to coming to 7 current hectares of plantation of the varieties Ondarrabi zuri, Fuck blanc and a winery with capacity of 80.000 lts.
Txakoli Arritxola upategia has the most modern machinery for the production of txakoli from the despalillado, maceration, pressing, fermentation with controlled temperature, laboratory enologico own and traceability up to the final product. We have shop of direct sale, lounge of tryings, distillery for the production of unmatured whiskies and a small museum of the txakoli, which were inaugurated in the year 2008.
