With more than 250 years of antiquity, the Winery possesses broths located in land virgin and arched with slabs, in stone. Ponciano Quintana is an elaborating expert of harvester with grapes of the own exploitation. With the traditional method of carbonic maceration, it obtains a few broths that, under the brand Matzalde, offer an unsurpassable flavor, a color and an aroma.
At present, the daughters of Ponciano Quintana are taking the relief of the Winery, and to continue this way with the familiar tradition that lasts already three generations, commercializing the red wine and the young white, and the stained wines of upbringing.
