Founded in 1994
The Winery is placed in a former and historical estate agropecuaría of the Ribera del Duero; the Estate Monte Alto. In the middle of the eighties of the past 20th century the manufacturer Manuel Esteban, founded the Winery and in 1987 the first plantations of vineyards were realized, the first wine being elaborated in 1994. The facilities are spacious and functional, equipped with the technology mas advanced, all this in a building rehabilitated of an alone plant that I shelter in other times the dairy and several of the agricultural dependences of the exploitation

Designation of Origin RIBERA DEL DUERO
Es un Ribera del Duero de nuevo cuño de Bodegas Montebaco. Comparte con el resto de los vinos de la casa la misma filosofía, buscando siempre amabilidad, redondez, frescura, riqueza aromática y expresión varietal. Tanto la cápsula, como el corcho, la etiqueta y la botella están elaborados con materiales ecológicos y reciclables. Un vino versátil y fácil de beber que triunfa por su magnífica relación calidad-precio. El vino pasa a barricas sin ser filtrado ni clarificado previamente (es decir, en rama). Permaneció en esas barricas durante 12 meses, tiempo durante el cual se realizaron 3 trasiegos. Anualmente se renuevan un 20% de esas barricas.
