Mont Marçal Vinícola
Founded in 1975
The winery Wine Mont Marçal was founded in the year 1975 by Manuel Sancho who, after devoting itself for many years to the world of the music, orientated his activity towards a new art: the world of the wine and the champaign.
Original of the 14th century, the precious farmhouse that shelters the winery is placed in full heart of the Penedès, to 220 meters over the level of the sea. Of plant basilical, the brick uses I dress in the frames of the windows and the dividing lines of the floors, which awards the only identity.
The estate there has 40 hectares of own vineyards consisted of autochthonous varieties as the macabeo, the xarel.lo, the parellada and the tempranillo, besides other varieties perfectly adapted as the chardonnay, the syrah, the merlot and the cabernet sauvignon.
