Founded in 1968
In 1968, vine-growers of the Rioja join and believe the company COSECHEROS FUENMAYOR S.A.
In 1972, given the increasing success of this union, they decide to build a Winery in Fuenmayor to produce wines of exceptional quality that name LOPEZ AGOS Y CIA. S.A.
In 1981, the Winery collaborates narrowly with the great Marquess of the Port who contributes his own title of nobility to the wines and gives the definitive name to the Wineries MARQUES DEL PUERTO S.A.
In 1996, Marie Brizard acquires the Winery and contributes his better human and technical means.
The Winery Marqués del Puerto places in Fuenmayor, in the heart of the D.O. Rioja, cradle of the Spanish wines of great quality.
