Company founded by D. Jose Cabaleiro do Lake, had his origin in Chipiona in 1830 and moved to The Port in the first third of the 20th century.
Nowadays it constitutes one of the major familiar Spanish groups in the sector of drinks. In 1990acquired most of the shareholders of wineries Emilio Lustau.
