In Sant Sadurní's full center d'Anoia there is the Cavas Josep Torres Sibill, place where Bertha elaborates the champaign. We elaborate 180.000 annual bottles, of which we do seven types different from cava.
In 1989, we start by working with the brand Josep Torres Sibill. We begin with the first tiraje of 5.000 bottles, of which two types of wine-cellar went out to the market: the Brut and the Brut Nature. In 1998, Bertha managed to register the brand. The new name managed to wake curiosity up to the lovers of the cavas..
In little more than one decade, our cavas Bertha has been positioned in the segment of wished market. The best shops, the best restaurants and the best distributors, not only in Spain, but also in Europe, Asia and America.
